Q: How do I register my team for the LA Fútbol Circuit Spring League?
A: All competitive teams must be 2011-2012 Cal South members in order to participate in the LA Fútbol Circuit. Once your team is registered via CORIS, the Team Manager or Head Coach must log on to their team profile and click "Tournament" tab. Select the "2011 Los Angeles Fútbol Circuit" and click the "Register" button. This will open your application, which must be completed.

Q: How does my team join Cal South?
A: Register your team with an official Cal South Member League of Registration. Contact Jorge Sotelo for assistance or visit our website directory or contact our office to get a listing of local leagues of registration in your area. http://www.calsouth.com/en/find-a-league/

Q: What are other Cal South requirements for a team?
A: All team coaches must have a minimum of Cal South "E" License ( a "D" National License is strongly recommended) and "Approved" Risk Management with Cal South. A minimum of 2 "E" licensed coaches per team is strongly recommended.

Q: Are you accepting Girls teams?
A: Yes, in age groups GU09 to GU19. Contact the Girls Bracket Coordinator for your age group for more information.

Q: Do U9 and U10 age groups play 8v8 and on a small-sided field?
A: Yes. 7 field players and a goalkeeper on a smaller size soccer field.

Q: Are teams allowed to play up an age group?
A: Yes, however, teams must be properly registered in their appropriate age group prior to the start of the season. This allows your fall registered team to compete in State Cup and tournament in the appropiate age group. Contact the bracket coordinator and inform him that you wish to play up.

Q: What is a Club Player Development Pass?
A: This allows a special player to be promoted (play up) on a team within the same registered Club during the season.

Q: How will I be contacted if my team is accepted?
A: Teams will be notified via email. That is why each team is REQUIRED to have at least two (2) Team Contacts (Minimum of a Head Coach and a Team Manager) with working email addresses. Additional team coaches and team contacts are permitted.

Q: Do you play games on Sunday?
A: Not usually, games will be primarily schedule on Saturdays. Teams will be schedule on Sunday or during the week on a few occasions.

Q: Can my team or players participate in the LA Fútbol Circuit and Presidio Soccer League or Coast Soccer League at the same time?
A: No, teams/players may only compete in one (1) Cal South Sanctioned League in the Fall.

Q: Is my team eligible to play in the Cal South State Cup or USYS National Cup?
A: Yes. The Los Angeles Fútbol Circuit is a Cal South sanctioned league. All participating teams are eligible to play in the Cal South State Cup, USYS National Cup and all Cal South sanctioned tournaments.

Q: Does our team need to provide a certified USSF referee to compete in the LA Fútbol Circuit?
A: No. All referees are assigned by Cal South.

Q: Does my team need to provide a field?
A: Yes. Please send the Field Availability Form for your LA Fútbol Circuit home games. Please block out a minimum of 4 hours to be scheduled on your home field each Saturday during the season.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?
A: 1). Teams that withdraw their team application on or before June 30, 2011, in writing, receive a refund, minus a $100.00 application processing fee. 2). Teams that withdraw their team application on or after July1, 2010, in writing, will receive a 50% refund of their bond and fee. 3.) Teams withdrawing or dropped by the competition after the published schedule will forfeit their bond and registration fee.
